Refurbishment of a house with a structure dating from 1960 in San Ángel Inn. The original 700m2 house, with open floor plans and few load-bearing walls, allowed us to divide it into two, creating a duplex with two homes of 350 m2 each.

The intention was to connect outdoor and indoor spaces while preserving as much of the original structure as possible. Only one section of the slab was demolished, allowing us to create a double-height space in the social areas.

The ground floor accommodates entrances and public areas.

The upper floor contains private areas such as bedrooms and studies.
