The project responds to the pressing need for education in Mexico, proposing quality education at a low cost.

UNIPLEA is opening its first campus in Querétaro, currently one of the states experiencing the greatest growth in the national and foreign investment it receives.

Its central location and efficient transport links make it one of the country's most important logistics corridors. It is also attractive because of the sense of security still found in the capital and other municipalities in the state.

The project occupies a property at ejercito republica 119, in carretas. This mixed-use building comprises a basement for parking and services; a 1st level with the entrance, commercial premises and offices; a 2nd level with offices and educational facilities; a 3rd level with offices and an educational facility; and a roof terrace.
The UNIPLEA project covers 1472m2 across 3 levels.

The refurbishment sought to preserve the original materials as much as possible through a responsible, functional proposal.
