The project responds to the educational need to provide the school's existing community with a more comfortable environment for development, while improving the quality of its educational spaces for the growing student community in Colonia del Valle.

Much of the Nuevo Continente building is more than 40 years old, and the facilities have grown through refurbishments, demolitions and the acquisition of adjoining properties.

Throughout the different campus interventions, we have sought to maintain the school's functionality, the integration of its spaces and its financial balance.

The architectural proposals take a simple approach while presenting a forward-looking design.
